The personal data controller is XTPL S.A. with its registered office in Poland at ul. Stabłowicka 147, 54-066 Wrocław; e-mail: rodo@xtpl.com. Their provision is necessary for the recruitment process.

The purpose of the personal data processing is primarily to:
– carry out the current recruitment process, and, subject to a relevant consent, also future recruitment processes for similar job positions; in this case, the processing is based on action taken on request and the provisions of applicable law, and as regards any data whose scope is wider than that specified in these legal provisions and in relation to any future recruitment processes – the processing is based on a voluntary consent (which can be withdrawn at any time, which will not affect the legality of prior processing);
– take action in relation to potential disputes between the applicant and the controller (in this case, the basis for such action will be the company’s/ controller’s legitimate interest);

As a rule, we will be processing the personal data for the duration of the recruitment process and, if a relevant consent has been given, also for future recruitment processes or until the consent is withdrawn. In any case, the data will be erased after two years from their receipt; the data may be retained for a longer period only in the event of potential claims (until their expiry) or where required by law.

We may disclose personal data primarily to the entities which provide us with technical or organisational assistance with the recruitment, including communication with candidates, and which ensure proper operation of IT tools and systems. By way of exception, the data may also be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Applicants also have a number of additional rights associated with their personal data (the right to lodge a complaint, right to data portability, right to access to the data, right to rectification, right to restriction of processing or to erasure).

To find out more about the personal data processing (including about the recipients of personal data and their transfer outside the EEA or the rights of applicants), go to Information on Data Processing.
