  • Minimum of two years experience in a similar position
  • High ability to organize work time and capable of prioritizing tasks
  • Proficiency with office applications – MS Office, Google applications
  • Operation of office equipment
  • The ability to work in a team and communication skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure and in a changing work environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Proactive approach to duties; willingness to improve office and administrative processes
