BOARD ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comprehensive support work of the Board
- Managing the calendar of Board Members
- Organization of business trips
- Organizing and assisting during business meetings
- Taking care of incoming phone calls
- Contact with external institutions and companies
- Editing correspondence and documents in accordance with the Company’s standards
- Coordinating the flow of information between the Board and other employees of the Company
- Implementation of current tasks ordered by the Board and ongoing support of the office operation
- Organizing the translation of documents
- Taking care of the positive image of the company
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of two years experience in a similar position
- High ability to organize work time and capable of prioritizing tasks
- Proficiency with office applications – MS Office, Google applications
- Operation of office equipment
- The ability to work in a team and communication skills
- Ability to work under time pressure and in a changing work environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Proactive approach to duties; willingness to improve office and administrative processes
