CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing the highest standard of support to our customers
- Ensuring reliable and timely responses to customers’ inquiries
- Coordinating information exchange between customers and support teams
- Developing the knowledge base
- Analysis and reporting customers’ inquiries
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position (Customer Care Specialist / Customer Support)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to work independently
- Very good organizational skills
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
- Experienceto work in an international environment
- Experience in the implementation of systems, applications, devices
- Experience with case tracking and management systems
