HR SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independent realization of recruitment processes
- Participate in the development and implementation of new HR tools and procedures
- Collaborate with an external company on HR and payroll and ensure effective flow of information and employee documents
- Preparation of employee documents
- Participate in processes related to internal communication
- Co-organization of company events and activities
- Participating in initiatives and projects to support organizational culture
- Analyzing and reporting the results of conducted activities
- Monitoring market trends and proposing new solutions
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Higher education (preferred: human resources management or related)
- Basic knowledge of labor law regulations
- Experience in managing end to end recruitment processes
- Experience in independently running successful HR projects (initiating, implementing, streamlining, optimizing)
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions
- Highly developed skills in planning, prioritizing and organizing own work
- High communication skills and good work organization
- Fluency in spoken and written English (min. B2)
- Proficient handling of MS Office and Google applications
