IMPLEMENTATION & SERVICE ENGINEER
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementation of XTPL systems and solutions at customer sites: installation, configuration, testing
- Training of end users on the operation, process and capabilities of XTPL systems
- Providing technical and process support for troubleshooting XTPL products and services
- Cooperation with other departments on product development, customer support, improving the quality of delivered products and services
- Keeping records of work results, reporting on diagnosed problems and implemented corrective actions
OUR EXPECTATION
- University degree in mechanics and machine construction, automation, mechatronics, electrical, electronics, mechanics
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the implementation of systems, applications, equipment at the customer or in a similar technical position
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Highly developed analytical skills, creativity, ability to react and solve complex problems related to product operation
- Experience in work requiring customer contact
- Basics knowledge of programming
- Ability to work in a team
- Self-reliance in action
- Excellent work organization
- Willingness for frequent business travel
