  • Implementation of XTPL systems and solutions at customer sites: installation, configuration, testing
  • Training of end users on the operation, process and capabilities of XTPL systems
  • Providing technical and process support for troubleshooting XTPL products and services
  • Cooperation with other departments on product development, customer support, improving the quality of delivered products and services
  • Keeping records of work results, reporting on diagnosed problems and implemented corrective actions



  • University degree in mechanics and machine construction, automation, mechatronics, electrical, electronics, mechanics
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the implementation of systems, applications, equipment at the customer or in a similar technical position
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Highly developed analytical skills, creativity, ability to react and solve complex problems related to product operation
  • Experience in work requiring customer contact
  • Basics knowledge of programming
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Self-reliance in action
  • Excellent work organization
  • Willingness for frequent business travel
