IT SPECIALIST

YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO:

  • Daily support to employees in the use of IT systems
  • Diagnose and resolve IT problems using available tools and procedures
  • Managing and installing hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices) and software
  • Caring for devices and assisting in the use of equipment
  • User administration
  • Making purchases of hardware and software
  • Cooperation with purchasing and logistics department as well as other departments of the company

 

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Computer skills and/or willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO
  • Positive attitude towards working with and helping others
  • Communication skills and resistance to stress
  • Communicative English – ability to read technical documentation (B2)
  • Knowledge of Windows operating system, preparation to work in a domain
  • Experience in a similar role
