IT SPECIALIST
YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO:
- Daily support to employees in the use of IT systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT problems using available tools and procedures
- Managing and installing hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices) and software
- Caring for devices and assisting in the use of equipment
- User administration
- Making purchases of hardware and software
- Cooperation with purchasing and logistics department as well as other departments of the company
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Computer skills and/or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO
- Positive attitude towards working with and helping others
- Communication skills and resistance to stress
- Communicative English – ability to read technical documentation (B2)
- Knowledge of Windows operating system, preparation to work in a domain
- Experience in a similar role
