As Key Account Manager you will be the driving force behind the expansion of sales for contract research & development services within our High-Performance Materials business line. Your role involves proactively identifying opportunities for new R&D contracts, engaging with clients to understand their requirements and formulating relevant solutions that effectively address their needs.



  • Identifying and prospecting new potential clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the modern electronics, semiconductors, display, biosensors industry segments
  • Comprehending client’s business goals and challenges to issue tailored solutions in form of R&D contracts
  • Fostering cross-departmental collaboration to effectively deliver solutions to maintain a positive and constructive partnership
  • Continuously analyzing market, competition, and sales trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Proactively seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation



  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in B2B sales within the technology sector; preferably related to the manufacturing and development of consumables for the printed electronics industry in the form of inks and pastes and the delivery of specialty chemicals
  • Degree in the field of chemistry, materials engineering, nanotechnology, microelectronics, semiconductors or related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to communicate information and conclusions clearly and effectively
  • Capability to work independently and proactively
  • Open-minded mindset, curiosity and courage to bring new ideas to the table
  • Proficient in MS Office, G-suite, CRM systems and remote tools
  • Willingness to travel as part of the work
  • Knowledge of current technological trends in the field of advanced materials, electronics and additive manufacturing
