PRODUCT MANAGER

YOUR ROLE WILL BE:

• Leading the work throughout the life cycle of breakthrough products in the microelectronics industry
• Collaborate with external partners in the industrial implementation of XTPL solutions
• Co-create and manage system requirements based on market research, customer preferences and needs
• Defining product strategies and development roadmaps
• Evaluation, planning and prioritisation of tasks
• Tracking and reporting on product development status
• Co-developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Identifying and mitigating product risks
• Harmoniously manage the product team
• Actively collaborate with other teams

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Technical education (automation, robotics, electronics, mechatronics or similar)
• 4+ years of experience in managerial positions
• 8+ years of experience in product R&D or related field
• Initiative in finding ways to improve solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written English skills

ADDITIONAL ASSETS WILL BE:

• Experience in robotics, process optimisation and automation
• Familiarity with technical requirements development and management standards (e.g., IREB, ISTQB, ASPICE)
• Experience with initiative management systems (e.g. JIRA)
