• Managing the nanomaterials production process – planning, organizing and controlling production processes to ensure efficiency and high quality of chemical production
  • Manage a team of employees to allocate and plan work in specific areas
  • Work closely with engineering and research teams in bringing new inks and pastes into production and in trying to scale up the process 
  • Responsibility for tracking production history (raw materials used and products produced) and preparing the required production documents and packing them
  • Developing plans for necessary materials, equipment and production space, and estimating production costs according to production plans
  • Creating, improving and supervising production standards including ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recruiting and developing the production team
  • Cooperate with other departments in the company to optimize processes and achieve set goals
  • Reporting and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement, taking corrective action



  • Higher technical education (preferred majors: Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Production Management, Production Technology)
  • Experience in a management position (Production Coordinator/Manager/Leader) in a manufacturing company, chemical industry preferred
  • Knowledge of chemical engineering: analytical techniques used for characterization of nanomaterials and inks, methods for synthesis of nanoparticles (mainly silver, copper, gold)
  • Understanding of the formulation process of inks and pastes used in the field of printed electronics
  • Process and team management skills, including communication, organizational and teamwork skills
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and quality standards
  • Knowledge of English to communicate freely (minimum B2 level)
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Focus on achieving production goals and maintaining high quality standards
  • Self-motivation, creativity and efficiency in action, as well as analytical thinking skills



  • Experience in implementing new chemical products on process lines
  • Practical knowledge of working in an ERP environment
  • Knowledge of problem solving tools (5W2H, Ishikawa, Pareto, 8D reports, A3)
  • Interest in the area of technology, deep tech, nanotechnology, 3D printing
