SOFTWARE MANAGER / PRODUCT OWNER

YOUR ROLE WILL BE:

• Managing the team’s work on software development for breakthrough technology solutions
• Co-create and manage product requirements
• Evaluation, planning and prioritisation of tasks
• Tracking and reporting on the status of work
• Identify and mitigate risks in the software development process
• Maintaining high software quality standards
• Continuous improvement of software development processes
• Ensuring harmonious work within the software engineering team
• Actively cooperate with other teams

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Technical education in the field of software engineering
• 3+ years of experience in managerial positions
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering
• Experience with initiative management systems (e.g. JIRA)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative in finding ways to improve solutions, systems and processes
• Excellent oral and written English language skills

ADDITIONAL ASSETS WILL BE:

• Knowledge of technical requirements development and management standards (e.g. IREB, ISTQB, ASPICE)
• Experience in software development using agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with CI/DC systems
