This technique ensures a consistent and regular dispensing of tiny amounts of materials such as CL85 silver paste, SU-8 50, polyimides, quantum dot inks and many other materials which can be dispensed by the UPD method. It allows to achieve a uniform shape of dots in a micrometer scale. One needs only to adjust the dispensing pressure, dot spacing, and printhead speed to achieve expecting results. For even finer control, it is also possible to set the dispensing time for each dot.
