Very high viscosity conductive paste, which enables the printing of ultrafine features (up to 1 um in width) with high aspect ratios (1:10 after printing head) single pass. Displays unmatched non-clogging properties, allows long nozzle lifetime (3.5 μm nozzle opening, even more than 1 month of printing). Dispensable through capillaries as narrow as 1 μm size, resulting in the deposition of homogeneous thin lines. Designed for high performance printing by UPD method using XTPL Delta Printing System, also compatible with other paste extrusion or printing stencil and plates-based methods and LIFT technique.
