Trade secrets
The company has trade secrets. These are the confidential information having business, financial, technological or marketing nature. XTPL protects their confidential character and keep them secret in the company. When it is needed to reveal a trade secret, we sign with the other party a non-disclosure agreement so as to be sure that our confidential information will not be used without our knowledge and permission.
