Climate-KIC Accelerator Programme is the biggest European grant programme for business concepts related to the environment protection, sustainable growth and climate care. Having won the Polish preliminary, XTLP qualifies to compete in the final round in Frankfurt and take the opportunity to present its technology to international companies and investors.

As part of the programme, the XTPL representatives took part in numerous training sessions provided by experts from Poland, Germany and the Netherlands. On 5-6 September 2016 in Wrocław, final presentations by all participants were evaluated by the jury and the organizer of the Polish edition of the programme, i.e. Dolnośląska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego SA (the Lower Silesian Regional Development Agency).

Our grant programme is a perfect opportunity to enter the international market. It covers 11 regions of the European Union and Switzerland. Great trainers from all over the world, training sessions and coaching related to topics targeted to young entrepreneurs as well as financial support in the form of grants are all the key benefits of the programme, says Tomasz Pająk, Project Manager, Climate-KIC Acceleration Programme.

XTPL has won the prestigious first prize and it will represent Poland during the European finals in Frankfurt.

Participation in the Climate-KIC Accelerator has brought us diverse benefits. We took part in valuable workshops and training sessions and we met people with great passion and broad knowledge about business development. Last but not least, we have the opportunity to show our technology in Frankfurt. Winning the Polish edition of Climate-KIC gives us another chance to present our company and our technology in an international setting. New contacts around the world are of great importance to us. That is why I am looking forward to the programme finals, says Sebastian Młodziński, CEO at XTPL.

The European finals will take place at the beginning of November.
