Innovative technology of precise conductive grids deposition for next-generation OLED displays

Implementation: July 2020 – June 2023

The aim of the project is to develop a unique, additive method of increasing the cathode conductivity on TE-OLED substrates by using a dedicated dispensing system and ink, allowing for obtaining appropriate conductivity in conditions that do not damage the organic layer on the substrate.

The planned effects are an innovative conductive ink and a dispensing system for applications in printing on TE-OLED substrates along with a sintering technique that does not destroy the organic layer. The effects will be confirmed under operational conditions on real TE-OLED substrates.
